This game is 100% authentic. The game is complete with cartridge, instruction manual, inner cardboard sleeve and outer cardboard sleeve. This is an extremely rare game and even harder to find complete. The cartridge is in excellent condition with a fantastic label.

The manual does have some wear but in overall great condition. The inner cardboard sleeve shows some wear. The outer box shows minor wear mainly to the corners and edging and is in overall great condition.

The outer cardboard does appear to be slightly faded when you compare the red to other Sega Genesis red cardboard sleeves, but based on other Crusader of Centy games online, it appears to be the same color so it may have been manufactured that way.
