5 Screw Mega Man 1 (NES, Nintendo) with Non-Rev Manual. This listing is for the 5 Screw variant of the original Mega Man and a non-rev manual for the NES (Game and Manual Only -- NO BOX). The game is authentic and in excellent condition. When I opened it to take pics of the board it was the first time it was ever opened.

The label is in great condition showing only minor mild surface blemishes. The cartridge is also in great condition showing only minor blemishes and one very small nick on the side of the cart. The manual is in what I would consider near mint condition. Very little wear is noticeable, the cover and every page is still very crisp.

This is one of the nicest copies of this hard to find variant that you will ever see. Please refer to pictures for a better idea of the condition of the item.
