This is an ex-rental unit so it shows wear and has stickers. The manual's cover is wrinkled. Some damage has been "filled" with a sharpie, please see close-up pictures. It includes the authentic box, manual and game cartridge.

In a good condition globally. This game used to have a cigarette smell when I bought it, but I let it air for a few weeks, mixed with a few hours with fabric softener sheets, and managed to remove most of the smell. It has retained a bit of a "perfume smell".

The item includes what you see on the picture, nothing less and nothing more. For instance, if the manual is not pictured, it will not be included. Some listings use the expression'Complete in Box CIB', which means it will include the box, the instruction booklet and the game disc/cartridge, but it does not necessarily mean that all original inserts are included.
